• You have to notify us in case you wish to cancel an order prior to its completion.
• You should notify us when you want to refund or cancel your order. Do it in written communication.
• You agree that the completion of your order shall be in accordance with the business days here in the United States.
• You also understand that when you order our exclusive resume pack or pro, you shall also send us information for references and coaching service. However, your failure to provide us with your information doesn’t allow you for a refund request for these services.
